A few suggestions and bugs mostly regarding skills

Theiving - No level 1 stall at home. I pickpocketed men to level 5 (only 24 xp ea) and to use the bakery stall in Ardougne but its only 48 xp. Should add a level 1 theiving method, or make the men give more xp so you can get to 20 and do the starting doing stalls at home
Smithing and mining - slow xp, maybe consider buffing
Agility - Ropes don't work so you can't do the whole course. It is possible to do by just doing the net and walking around and doing it again though.
Herblore - Cleaning the herbs (doesn't matter what type) gives inconsistent amounts of xp each clean (does give a lot though XD). The potions only give 500 or so xp, cleaning the herbs gives fast enough xp though.
Runecrafting - Pure essence doesn't work, which is fine, could just remove it and make rune essence cost less. Also I suggest putting the Zamorak Mage inside the bank to speed it up, since it's already very slow to train.
Woodcutting - Suggest adding a tp to camelot to wc
Prayer - no green dragons to kill :c, xp is kinda bad since you have to kill dragons/bosses to get the bones which don't give too much xp (can't speak for frost dragon bones yet, but I think 17.8k is too little for dragon bones, mostly due to the extra effort to obtain them). Not that big of a deal since you start at level 86
Shops - the items in Bob (skilling shop) should be made noted, otherwise you have to keep banking and buying to cut gems =\ same goes for herblore shop secondaries. Also the rune essence in Bob's shop is around 1k ea, bit too steep since the runes are worth much less. Pure shop has damaged books, which have no stats, should prob replace with the filled books XD
Banking - Can't do bank all for items, only bank x
